Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, certain items are not returnable once opened. This includes personal care products such as ear cleaners or toothbrushes that have been used.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or valid proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

  • Any item not in its original condition, or damaged for reasons not due to our error

  • Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Opened or used personal care items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again

  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted

  • Next contact your bank. Processing times may delay posting

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same model, contact us at {email address} and send the item to: {physical address}

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift was shipped to the buyer, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund total.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For higher value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
